Q: Why doesn't Dungeon Crawler work on Windows 7/8?
A: Sometimes it does. Microsoft made some decisions about database access and system security starting with Windows 7 that made a lot of programs unable to function on the new operating systems. That being said, the Dungeon Crawler will still work on some configurations of Windows 7 and 8, e.g. the 32-bit version in some of the emulation modes. The good news is that the new, improved version of Dungeon Crawler, renamed the Dungeon Runner, is here, and it works just fine with the new operating system scheme!
